Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Murlocs ("Murlocs", "we", "us", or "our"), including our website, accounts, marketplace, credits, loaders, combat routines, and related services (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, purchasing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1.Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Murlocs you confirm that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2.Access restrictions
The Service is not available to, and may not be accessed or used by, any current or former employee, contractor, agent, or representative of any game publisher, developer, or anti-cheat provider whose products interact with the Service, including but not limited to Blizzard Entertainment and any anti-cheat vendor used by World of Warcraft, or by anyone acting on their behalf or gathering information for them. By using the Service you represent that none of these apply to you. We may refuse, restrict, or revoke access to anyone at our sole discretion.
3.The Service
Murlocs is a World of Warcraft combat-rotation framework. The Service includes that framework, official Murlocs rotations, a website, member accounts, a credit-funded marketplace, loaders, and other products you download and run on your own device with a supported third-party unlocker. Supported unlockers currently include Lunar, NilName, WardenGG, and Daemonic. Features, supported specializations, supported unlockers, supported platforms, marketplace products, and availability may change, be added, or be removed at any time without notice. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
4.Accounts
You may create an account with an email address and password, or authenticate through Discord. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your email, password, Discord account, and loader tokens secure. One account per person. You may not transfer, sell, rent, or share your account, access, credits, loader files, tokens, or product builds with anyone else.
5.License and acceptable use
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. Access is unique to your account. You may not:
- Share, distribute, leak, resell, or sublicense the software, your loader, your tokens, or any product you receive through the Service.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, crack, tamper with, or attempt to extract source code, keys, or assets.
- Use the Service to build a competing product or to harm, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
- Use automated means to access the Service outside of the official website and official software.
6.Marketplace and third-party products
The marketplace may list products from Murlocs and from independent sellers. A listing is not an endorsement. Product features, support, and quality are described by the seller and may differ from Murlocs-built products. Murlocs reviews listings and builds through its own delivery process, but we do not guarantee any third-party product. Purchases create a license and entitlement on your account. They do not transfer ownership of software, source, or intellectual property.
7.User conduct
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Harass, threaten, impersonate, or abuse other users or our staff.
- Collect or harvest other users' data.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or data.
- Interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service.
We may remove content and restrict or terminate accounts that breach this section.
8.User content
You may be able to submit content such as support messages, reviews, gift messages, seller listings, or application materials. You are responsible for what you submit and must hold the rights needed to share it. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content in connection with the Service. We may remove any submitted content at our discretion.
9.Payments, credits, and access
Purchases on the marketplace are paid with Murlocs credits. You add credits by creating a top-up invoice and paying with the cryptocurrency methods offered at checkout through our payment processor. Credits are a license to use the Service. They hold no monetary value, are not currency, are not a stored-value account or wallet, and are not redeemable for cash or cryptocurrency. Prices, plans, access durations, and available payment methods may change at any time. You are responsible for any network or transaction fees.
10.Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes
If a purchase is refunded, the refund is issued as Murlocs platform credits only. We do not refund purchases in cash, card, bank transfer, or cryptocurrency. Credits received from a refund have the same status as other credits: they are a license to use the Service and are not redeemable for cash or cryptocurrency. Details, including the unused 24-hour credit refund and other review paths, are in the Refund Policy. This does not affect any rights you have that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal instead of contacting us first is a breach of these Terms. It will result in immediate and permanent termination of your access and a hardware ban where we have a matching signal, and we reserve the right to recover any resulting costs and to pursue any other remedies available to us.
11.Trials
Some products may offer a limited free trial. One free trial per person. We may refuse or revoke a trial if we detect reuse across accounts, devices, Discord identities, email addresses, BattleTags, or unlocker hardware or account signals. A trial is not a paid entitlement and may end or change at any time.
12.Loaders, sessions, and hardware limits
Loader access is tied to your account. Concurrent sessions are limited. We may end a session, refuse a new session, or apply a hardware ban using signals supplied by certain unlockers. You must not share loader files, API tokens, or session tokens. We may change session limits, supported unlockers, and delivery channels at any time.
13.Assumption of risk and no guarantee
You understand and accept that using third-party software with online games typically violates the rules and terms of service of those games and their anti-cheat providers, and may result in warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans of your game accounts.
We do not control and are not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment, World of Warcraft, or any unlocker or anti-cheat provider, and we cannot and do not guarantee that the Service will remain undetected or that your game accounts will not be actioned. You use the Service entirely at your own risk and are solely responsible for any consequences to your game accounts, hardware, or data.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service is lawful where you live, and for any consequences under the terms of the games you use it with. You acknowledge that using the Service may breach those games' rules and terms of service, that you do so of your own choice, and that any resulting action against your game accounts is your responsibility alone.
14.Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access, revoke entitlements, and apply a hardware ban, at any time and without refund, if we believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in fraud, payment disputes, leaking, redistribution, abuse, or any activity that harms the Service or other users. Unused credits are not cashed out on termination. You may stop using the Service at any time.
15.Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties, including Discord, our cryptocurrency payment processor, our hosting providers, supported unlockers, and World of Warcraft. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their services, availability, actions, or terms. Your use of them is governed by their own agreements.
16.Intellectual property
The Service, including the website, framework, loaders, Murlocs-built products, the Murlocs name, branding, and all related content, is owned by Murlocs or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. Seller-originated product source remains subject to the Seller Terms and the license granted to buyers. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
17.No affiliation and trademarks
Murlocs is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Blizzard Entertainment, World of Warcraft, or any unlocker or anti-cheat provider. World of Warcraft and all other game names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the games the Service works with. Unlocker names are used only to identify compatible hosts. No endorsement, partnership, or association is implied.
18.Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted, error free, secure, or undetected.
19.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Murlocs and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of game accounts, data, profits, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the Service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
20.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Murlocs and its operators from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law, or any claim brought by a game publisher, anti-cheat provider, unlocker vendor, seller, buyer, or other third party in connection with your use of the Service.
21.Dispute resolution
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any dispute with us will be resolved on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding against us, and you waive any right to a jury trial. Nothing in this section limits any right you have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
22.Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the latest version. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms. Purchases, renewals, and seller applications may also require acceptance of the then-current version.
23.Miscellaneous
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. We may assign these Terms; you may not. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Renewal Terms, and, if you are a seller, the Seller Terms, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service, and our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. To the extent permitted by law, any claim relating to the Service must be brought within one year of the event giving rise to it.
