Renewal Terms

These Renewal Terms explain optional auto-renewal on Murlocs. They apply only when a product offer allows auto-renewal and you turn it on. They are part of your agreement with us, together with the Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
1.What auto-renewal is
Auto-renewal is a standing instruction to use your Murlocs credit balance to buy another term of the same offer when the current term is due to end. It is not a card-on-file arrangement and it never charges cryptocurrency by itself.
2.When it applies
Auto-renewal is available only on offers that allow it. You must consent to these Renewal Terms before it is turned on. If an offer does not allow auto-renewal, you renew it yourself from your account.
3.How we charge
A renewal spends Murlocs credits already on your account at the price then in force for that offer, unless a frozen price is recorded on the renewal. If your credit balance is too low, the renewal fails and access ends when the current term ends unless you add credits and renew. A successful renewal is a new purchase of access, not a cash transaction.
4.How to cancel
You may turn off auto-renewal from your account before the next renewal attempt. Turning it off does not refund the current term. Unused time is not converted to cash or cryptocurrency. If a renewal is later refunded, that refund is platform credits only, as described in the Refund Policy.
5.Failed renewals
If a renewal cannot settle — for example because of insufficient credits, a changed offer, or a policy or entitlement block — we do not retry by taking cryptocurrency from you. Access is not extended past the current term unless a later successful renewal or purchase occurs.
6.Price and term changes
Sellers and Murlocs may change future offer prices, term lengths, or whether auto-renewal remains allowed. A change may require a new consent. We may stop auto-renewal if the offer, seller, or your account is no longer eligible.
7.Your consent
By turning on auto-renewal you consent to the then-current Renewal Terms and to spending your platform credits for each successful renewal until you cancel or the offer ends.
