Seller Terms

These Seller Terms apply if you apply to sell, or you sell, products on the Murlocs marketplace. They are in addition to the Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not apply or sell.
1.Who this applies to
You must be at least 18, have an active verified Murlocs account, and have authority to bind the seller organization you represent. Submitting an application does not make you a seller and does not grant catalog, release, support, or payout rights.
2.Application and acceptance
You become a seller only after we approve an application and you accept the then-current Seller Terms. We may approve, reject, request changes, suspend, or close an organization at our discretion. A rejected or withdrawn application is final; a later attempt is a new application.
3.Products and listings
You may list only products you have the rights to sell. Listings, offers, media, and support terms must be accurate. You must not list malware, stolen work, leaked builds, or products that attack the Service, other sellers, or buyers. We may refuse, edit, suspend, or remove any listing or release.
4.Source, builds, and delivery
You connect source through the approved source connection. Murlocs reads frozen source and builds with Murlocs-owned tooling. You must not supply a personal access token, a writable credential, or build automation that we did not ask for. A product is deliverable only after our review, build, and publication gates pass. We may refuse a build that fails those gates.
5.Customer data and support
You may see only the organization-scoped customer, order, and support facts your role allows. You must not attempt to collect buyer payment details, passwords, session tokens, raw hardware identifiers, or other members' data. You must handle support and refund responses through the Service. You must not take customers off-platform to evade fees, refunds, or these Terms.
6.Pricing, commissions, and earnings
Buyers pay in Murlocs credits. Your earnings display is an accounting view, not a wallet and not a promise of external payment. Commission, refund, and renewal policy versions attached to an offer govern how a sale is split. A customer refund is paid to the buyer as platform credits only; your earnings are adjusted on the ledger to match.
7.Payouts
Payouts are recorded as externally executed transfers after eligibility, compliance, destination, and approval checks. The website does not send cryptocurrency itself. We may delay, reduce, or refuse a payout where evidence is missing, a refund or dispute is open, or we believe there is fraud or a breach of these Terms. Payouts are not available on request as a buyer refund.
8.Refunds
Buyer refunds are platform credits only. You must respond to refund cases that require a seller response. You must not tell a buyer that Murlocs will return their cryptocurrency or cash for a product purchase. Chargebacks and payment disputes are handled by Murlocs, not by you privately.
9.Intellectual property
You represent that you own or control the rights needed to sell each product and to grant buyers the license described in your listing. You grant Murlocs a license to host, build, deliver, and display the product in connection with the Service. The Murlocs website, framework, loaders, and branding remain ours. You may not imply that Blizzard Entertainment, World of Warcraft, or any unlocker endorses your product.
10.Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close a seller organization, withhold payouts, and remove products if we believe you have breached these Terms, harmed buyers, leaked software, submitted hostile source, or engaged in fraud. Paid order and entitlement history is not rewritten to hide a suspension. Closing an organization does not erase required commerce evidence.
11.Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Murlocs and its operators from claims arising from your products, listings, source, support, or your breach of these Seller Terms, including claims by buyers, other sellers, or rights holders.
12.No guarantee of sales
We do not guarantee listing approval, sales, ranking, payout timing, or continued marketplace availability.
13.Changes
We may update these Seller Terms from time to time. Continued selling after a new version is posted, or a later application or renewal that requires acceptance, means you accept the updated terms.

Seller questions should be sent through our Discord or the developer support surfaces after you are approved.
